Power of Now Club is an initiative created by The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Romania Foundation, in partnership with Superbrain CEO Club, designed to bring young people closer to the real world of leadership and entrepreneurship.
It is more than an event – it is an experience that opens doors to mentorship, confidence, and the courage to follow your own path
2024 Edition
The first edition took place in Bucharest, at the heart of one of the most dynamic business communities in the country, at Globalworth Tower – the headquarters of Superbrain CEO Club.
There, young participants from the Award programme, both Romanian and international, presented their ideas, shared their personal development stories, and received direct feedback from chief executives and leaders across various industries. It was a genuine space for learning, connection, and inspiration – for everyone involved.
The experience was AMAZING! I had never experienced anything like it before — I believe any I ambitious young person would find it incredibly motivating to be in such a building and conference room. I was also very emotional, realizing how important the people who come there truly are. In short, it was wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone passionate about the business field! The upcoming editions of the Power of Now Club are aimed both at young people in the Award programme and at adults involved in our community – whether they are Award Leaders, Supervisors–Assessors, or Coordinators – who run a business and wish to take it to the next level. We are delighted to be able to offer such opportunities to our network and to support the growth of an intergenerational community built on learning and leadership.
