Adriana Zaharia oversees the digital programmes of Award Romania, supporting participants and Award Leaders in using the Online Record Book and Award Community platforms. She develops online workshops and useful resources — tutorials, visuals and guides — to make the digital experience more accessible and effective.
A teacher by training, Adriana combines her experience in formal and non-formal education to create high‑quality materials and to train new Award Leaders. Together with the team, she contributed to writing the Award Leader Mentoring Guide and other materials used in the Foundation’s training courses, supporting the programme’s mission to help young people reach their potential.
Outside her professional work, she enjoys reading and writing — passions that bring creativity and attention to detail into everything she does. Always eager to learn something new, Adriana approaches each task with curiosity and enthusiasm, and is genuinely delighted whenever she hears that Award participants are experiencing moments that push them beyond their limits.
