Anca Doczi Luchian is a Regional Manager within the Award programme, coordinating relationships with Award Centres in Transylvania and other regions of the country, including Bucharest and Constanța. In this role, she contributes to creating personalised learning experiences and developing support strategies for Award units across Romania. She trains Award Leaders, develops new partnerships, creates educational content and runs awareness campaigns.
With academic and professional training in theatre arts, Anca uses the craft of storytelling to design learning experiences that foster critical thinking and clear structures for organising information. Her dual passion for art and social advocacy is reflected in her work supporting vulnerable individuals, offering them a platform through which they can articulate their own stories and reclaim their voice.
