Cristina Tirulnic

Management Consultant

Is a senior trainer and consultant with over 20 years of professional experience in business education, heavy industry, and the pharmaceutical industry. During her first 10 years of experience, Cristina gained extensive business knowledge, developing an integrated understanding of business processes and working alongside top management teams from whom she learned best practices in leadership, management, and Human Resources.

Cristina had the privilege of working directly for the American President of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company that became EU-GMP certified and was later listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. During those years, she also had the honour of meeting His Majesty King Michael during a factory visit and of collaborating with the distinguished American film director Francis Ford Coppola.

These experiences shaped Cristina’s standards for high-calibre leadership and a level of professionalism that remains difficult to match to this day. Cristina has dedicated the past 15 years to the learning & development industry, following her passion for supporting people in reaching their full professional and human potential.

She has facilitated learning sessions within complex management and leadership development programs for large and mid-sized companies in Romania.

Although Cristina has spent the last 15+ years working in adult learning and development, she has always remained deeply connected, both emotionally and through action, to the education of teenagers and young people. Her main motivation has been to support her son and his peers in having a rich and harmonious developmental journey.

Cristina has delivered various thematic sessions and educational games for children and adolescents. Her most recent educational projects focus on career counselling for teenagers and young adults, using Great People Inside® assessment tools, as well as mentoring young people within the D of E program.

Cristina strongly believes that education, in all its forms, should begin early and be nurtured throughout life. She is committed to staying close to children and young people so they can fully reach their potential as future adults.
