Maria Dudoiu is a 20-year-old Media & Design student based in Berlin.
A graduate of Avenor College, where she studied from an early age, Maria is a Bronze, Silver and Gold Award holder and an ambassador of the programme.
Her Award journey played a defining role in her development, teaching her to step beyond her limits, embrace uncertainty, and discover her inner strength. She believes adaptability is one of the most essential skills for young people today.
Through her role in the Youth Advisory Board, Maria aims to inspire others to step out of their comfort zone and unlock their full potential.
