With 25 years of experience working with children, families and the professionals who respond to their needs, Paul graduated from the Faculty of Social Work at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in Child and Family Welfare, and in 2008, a Master’s degree in Child Care (Child Welfare and Protection) at Trent University, Nottingham.
His passion for interpersonal relationships, continuous development and innovation led Paul to attend the UK Chartered Management Institute (CMI) courses and obtain CMI Level 5 in Management and Leadership, as well as becoming the first professional in the UK to be accredited in the use of the VIG / VERP (Video Enhanced Reflective Practice) method. Since 2015, Paul has been a Trainer and Consultant in Child Safeguarding and Trauma-Informed Practice and has facilitated workshops in countries including England, Wales, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Greece, Cyprus, and Switzerland.
Paul has worked with organisations such as Barnardo’s, NSPCC, UEFA, Terre des Hommes, PATRIR, Social Development Direct, Clear Global, HM Prison and Probation Service, the Home Office’s Initial and Continuing Education Centre and Lincoln University / Social Work Department.
Since 2022, Paul has also been an expert member of the Council of Europe’s Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport, in the field of child protection training in sport, delivering sessions on Child Safeguarding from a trauma-informed perspective and its lifelong impact. Paul believes in everyone’s ability to learn and excel when they are connected to what is truly important to them.

Since 2011, Paul has provided consulting and training to organisations of various sizes and with diverse fields of activity using the Future – Engage – Deliver leadership model, a simple to understand model that responds to the challenges and ambitions of leaders through individual support, coaching, teamwork, team development, organisational development, and organisational culture change.
