On Saturday, November 27th, Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown, and HRH Prince Radu met with Their Royal Highnesses Prince Edward of Great Britain, Earl of Wessex, and Countess of Wessex, at the royal residence of Bagshot Park.

HRH Prince Edward is the Royal Patron of the British Paralympic Association and one of the most active members of the Royal Family in The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award program worldwide. In our country, Her Majesty Margareta granted the High Patronage to The Duke of Edinburgh International Award Romania Foundation in 2013, when HRH Prince Edward and the Countess of Wessex visited Romania in 2013 and were special guests to the Award Royal Gala in Bucharest.
